Booking & Payments

• All appointments must be reserved in advance through our secure Vagaro system.

• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.

• The $99 introductory session is available one time only per new client and is subject to availability.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

• Holiday and special-event bookings are non-refundable once reserved.

Packages & Payment Plans

• Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Affirm and other third-party financing options are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Treatment Disclaimer

• Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed.

• Treatments are non-medical, non-surgical, and non-invasive. They are intended to support body contouring, not replace diet, exercise, or medical treatment.

• Clients should consult with their physician before beginning any new wellness or aesthetic program.

• BAQ Body Sculpting & Brows reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for any reason.

Liability Waiver

• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that BAQ Body Sculpting & Brows is not responsible for any adverse reactions, side effects, or outcomes resulting from treatments, supplements, or recommendations.

• You release BAQ Body Sculpting & Brows, its owner, and staff from any liability related to services provided.
