The BAQ Method

Seven modalities. Six are used across the sculpting sessions, and the seventh, vacuum therapy, is used only for cellulite and the Booty Lift.

  • Laser lipolysis
  • Ultrasonic cavitation
  • Radiofrequency skin tightening
  • Manual lymphatic drainage
  • Vibration therapy
  • Red light therapy
  • Vacuum therapy, for cellulite and the Booty Lift only

What makes it different is not just that the modalities are combined, it is that Bronwyn assesses each client and decides the mix. It is not a fixed block of each for everyone.

"Two women can tell me they hate their stomach but need completely different treatments."

A typical session might run 20 minutes laser lipolysis, 20 minutes cavitation, 20 minutes radiofrequency, 10 minutes manual lymphatic drainage, 10 minutes on the vibration plate. Someone whose main concern is loose skin gets more radiofrequency. Someone focused on fat reduction gets more cavitation. The mix also changes from session to session based on how the body is responding.

"I'm not trying to give you the largest number of treatments I can squeeze into 90 minutes. I'm trying to give your body the combination that makes the most sense for what we're working on."

This is body contouring, not weight loss. It targets specific areas rather than trying to change overall body weight.

Bronwyn is the nicest person you'll meet. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She was well knowledgeable and took time to assure that I was aware as to what was happening. I'm definitely going back.
